Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer reliable shipping across Canada. Please see the details below regarding our shipping policies:
- Shipping Provider: Orders are shipped via Canada Post or, when necessary, alternative private carriers from Montreal, QC.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping Time: Depending on your location, delivery may take between 3-7 business days after processing.
Shipping Rates:
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes) within Canada.
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $100 before taxes, a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00 will apply.
International Shipping:
Acca Kappa Canada only ships within Canada.
Sales Tax:
All orders are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes, based on your shipping address. Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. All plastic wrapping, seals, and protective coverings must remain unopened and intact.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
Exclusions
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to hair brushes and combs.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer service team via our contact form with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.

All orders are prepared and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. No shipments are made on the following Canadian holidays:
